Terms and conditions

1. EOI is just an Expression of Interest for Allotment of unit and not an offer for Sale/Allotment/Booking. EOI does not guarantee any allotment/booking/sale of an apartment.

2. EOI shall become definitive only after completion of the process of Allotment/Booking and payment of full Booking Amount.

3. All EOI application amounts shall be banked and the token amount paid against this EOI shall be adjusted against the booking amount paid during allotment/booking, subject to the payer of the token being one of the Buyers of Allotment/Booking.

4. All communication will be sent to the email address given in the EOI form. If the EOI amount is not realized within 7 working days of submission, the EOI will be considered null and void.

5. If the EOI payment is bounced, reversed, or dishonoured for any financial or non-financial reason, the EOI will be considered null and void.

6. Source of booking will be considered the same as the source mentioned in the first EOI form submitted against a unique PAN.

7. EOI is non-transferable.

8. No third-party payment shall be accepted. By submitting the EOI application and EOI deposit, the applicant confirms compliance with all applicable laws (including those pertaining to source of funds) and indemnifies the Promoter in this regard.

9. This EOI shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Courts at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters arising out of or relating to this EOI.

10. If the Applicant wishes to withdraw the application, the entire amount will be refunded within 60 days of receiving the cancellation request in writing along with required documents. Refunds will be processed only to the bank account mentioned above.
